After a gritty 67-60 win in Neville on Wednesday, the No. 1 Auburn Tigers (24-2) look to their first conference rematch against the Georgia Bulldogs. The first time around Auburn escaped in the final seconds with a two-point victory, 70-68. The Tigers should expect another cage fight against a team that is fighting to stay on the right side of the NCAA Tournament bubble.

Auburn softball suffered its first loss of the season in the Rocket City Showcase, falling 5-1 to the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs. Prior to this game, Auburn had won 11 straight and held a top-20 ranking; however, a strong showcase from Louisiana Tech ended that streak.
