Scouting Georgia’s Defense

As #18 Auburn prepares for the 126th playing of the Deep South’s Oldest Rivalry this Saturday at 2:30 p.m. against #2 Georgia, we will prepare you, the fan, for the matchup with some detailed analysis of the Tigers’ next opponent. Today, we will look at the Georgia defense.

Auburn Rally Comes up Short

The Auburn (8-3, 2-2 SEC) soccer team attempted to rally from a 3-0 deficit in the second half but ultimately came up short on the road against 17th ranked South Carolina (9-2, 4-0 SEC) in a 3-2 loss.

Auburn Volleyball Set for SEC Opener

The Auburn Tigers enter conference play as the only one-loss team in the SEC. Wednesday night in the Auburn Arena, the Tigers welcome the undefeated Ole Miss Rebels to the Plains. The game will be broadcast locally on WEGL 91.1 FM with Jacob Hillman and Aidan Kowalski on the call for an 8 p.m. first serve.

The Importance of SEC vs Big 10 Football

The matchup just makes sense if the goal is to bring balance to college football. It’s an unfair game when schools are snubbed a playoff spot when analysts speculate what MIGHT happen if two teams played. Limit the number non-conference tune-up games and give fans more matchups worth paying for.

Auburn Sets Sail Toward Sea of White

It’s a matchup that could shape up to be Auburn’s biggest non-conference matchup of the decade. Visiting a place titled Happy Valley for the first time in program history to face a Top-10 opponent in front of a sea of white challenges what you may expect in a week three matchup. Even more so when this Saturday, chances favor the fact this could be the second largest crowd the Tigers have played in front of since 2004.
