Hotel Fiction made their third trek down to Auburn University on November 3rd for WEGL’s fall concert on campus. The indie rock band previously played WEGL and UPC’s Tigerfest in 2021 and WEGL’s 51st Birthday Bash End-of-School Extravaganza in 2022. Hotel Fiction was supported by local Auburn musicians Walter Lloyd and Lunar Parque.

Mayer had previously performed at State Farm Arena in March with Joy Oladokun opening for him. After a successful spring tour, Mayer decided to come back to ATL in the fall, this time with singer-songwriter JP Saxe opening.

With this opportunity in the spotlight, the band is sure to catapult into a more serious and well deserved higher realm of popularity, so I felt quite fortunate to see them at such an intimate location.
Auburn (0-1) plays its home opener Friday night in Neville Arena against Southeastern Louisiana (1-0). The Tigers lost a heartbreaker against Baylor to open its season, but the squad have the chance to right the ship Friday night.

Auburn (0-1) kicked off their season against a consensus top 20 squad, the Baylor Bears (1-0), falling 88-82 to the Bears. The Tigers were the only SEC team to kick its season off against a top-25 team and they put on a classic show in a classic arena as the teams clashed in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, at the famous Heritage Court.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Auburn Tigers (5-4, 2-4 SEC) traveled up to Broadway to face the Vanderbilt Commodores (2-8, 0-6 SEC) this past Saturday, November 4th. A sea of orange engulfed FirstBank Stadium, helping the Tigers roll past the Commadores 31-15 leading to the first SEC road win of Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze's tenure on The Plains.
Auburn (18-5, 8-4) visited Texas A&M Sunday night winning a five-set match in which they were able to outlast the Aggies 3-2 (21-25, 25-19, 23-25, 25-22, 15-12). The Tigers were down a set in the match and were able to surge back and grab an important win.
