Adam Melchor brings his Fall Tour to Atlanta's Terminal West with special guests Hotel Fiction.
Touring in support of his debut album, Melchor Lullaby Hotline Vol. 1, Adam's first ever headlining tour seems to be going great. Drawing in crowds up and down both coasts and all that in between, Adam delivers his signature sweet, thoughtful balladry to cities across the US.
Georgia natives Hotel Fiction opened up the show to much praise. Jade and Jess bring on a wildly exciting show full of ballads, bangers, and balllads that are quite frankly bangers. We here at WEGL are big fans of the duo and their rotating cast of additional musicians. The indie pop/rockers joined us in our studio earlier this year for a WEGL Session, which you can find here.
A relatively stripped back set, Adam was joined by bass and drums on stage. His guitar playing certainly takes a front seat, with his banner behind him reading the definition of a guitar. Poppy tunes from the trio got the crowd up and moving inside the former metal works.
Adam kept his setlist short and sweet, but it was far from a band thing. The audience got to hear tunes from across his catalog, from his first couple of EPs, his new album, and even some unreleased tracks! The setlist is below (copied from his paper plate setlist):
1. Last Time
2. I Choose You
3. What A Damn Shame
4. Start Forgetting Death
5. Let Me Know When
6. Asshole
7. Lateral Move
8. Jewel
9. Love Flew Away
10. Real Estate
11. Moon in the Morning
12. Light Year
13. Joyride

14. Begin Again
