The Auburn and Mississippi State game originally scheduled for this Saturday has been postponed by the SEC due to positive COVID-19 tests within Mississippi State's football program, the conference announced on Monday. The game has been tentatively rescheduled for Dec. 12, the week after Auburn’s original season finale against Texas A&M.
The Auburn Tigers were coming off a bye week after dismantling LSU 48-11 and the Mississippi State Bulldogs were coming off a 24-17 win over Vanderbilt. The Tigers will return to action on Nov. 21 at home against Tennessee
