How did you find out about WEGL?
I found out about WEGL through a mass email that was sent to me the day of the first organizational meeting my freshman year. I got the email like 40 minutes before the meeting, so I ran in the rain just to make it on time to the meeting. It was very dramatic lol
What made you want to apply for your position?
I have been a part of WEGL since I first started attending Auburn, so about 3 years now. I love the organization and working with other students. Joining staff gives me the opportunity to give back and help improve an organization that welcomed me when I first started going to Auburn and living on my own. I hope that I can make future students feel the same way and feel like they have a place on our campus.
Favorite WEGL Memory:
My freshman year as a DJ, the assistant program director sent me an email saying that one of her friends really enjoyed my show and it’s something that I still remember today. It meant a lot she would tell me that and that someone was actually listening and enjoyed my show! It was really sweet and made me feel really good.

If you could only listen to one album for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
I think the Arctic Monkeys’ album, AM, would be the one album I would listen to for the rest of my life. It was the first album I listened to from start to finish without skipping any songs and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire album. I think it also kickstarted my interest in music and discovering new artists.
