The Auburn Hockey Club, fresh off their 4th place finish in the SECHC Tournament, travels to Birmingham for a showdown against a tough Blazers team Friday and Saturday.
Auburn got a big upset win over South Carolina in the opening round of the tournament before losing close heart breakers to Ole Miss and Arkansas, the later being in OT.
UAB has had some time off and are ready to get back to it. While the Blazers have lost the last two games vs FAU, they did outscore Mississippi State 28-1 in a pair of games prior.
